A fresh start should feel affordable.
That’s why our deep cleaning rate is $40 per person, per hour, while regular cleaning is $45 per person, per hour.
We intentionally offer a lower hourly rate for deep cleaning, even though it is a more detailed service. Our goal is to make that first fresh start more affordable before you begin regular cleaning service with Maid in Bluffton.
Start fresh. Then let us help you keep it that way.
A deep cleaning is a detailed, top-to-bottom fresh start for a lived-in home. Regular cleaning is the ongoing maintenance that keeps your home at that level once it’s established.
No. There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or discontinue service at any time. We’d rather you stay because you’re happy, not because you signed something. Read the full service agreement.
No, and many of our clients aren’t. All we need is reliable access arranged in advance: a key, a door or garage code, or a key left in an agreed place.
We do our best to arrive at the scheduled time. However, because cleaning times may vary from home to home, arrival times may occasionally need to be adjusted. If there is a significant change to the scheduled arrival time, we will make every effort to notify you.
We do our best. On a biweekly schedule it’s very likely at least one familiar team member will be there each visit. Monthly clients usually see a familiar face. For occasional cleanings we can’t guarantee the same team.
Yes. Our teams bring standard professional supplies and equipment, appropriate for the surface and the task. If you’d prefer we use a specific product in your home, leave it out and let us know.
Friendly pets are welcome. For everyone’s safety, pets that are aggressive, anxious, or likely to get in the team’s way should be secured during the service.
Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App. Payment is due the day the service is completed unless we’ve arranged otherwise.
Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice carries a 50% cancellation fee. With that little notice we can’t refill the slot, and the fee protects the income of the team members who set that time aside. Read the full cancellation policy.
Tell us within 24 hours. We’ll review what happened and come back to make it right. Reports after 24 hours may not qualify: homes are lived in, and dust and pet hair return quickly.
Our team reports it immediately. If you’re home, they’ll show you right away. If not, they’ll photograph it and notify the owner, who will work it out with you directly. If you discover damage after we’ve left, please report it within 48 hours.
Yes. Maid in Bluffton carries $1 million in liability insurance and provides workers’ compensation coverage for its employees.
No. We prefer to invest in people, not office space. That money goes toward paying our team well and delivering better service.
We do not photograph occupied homes for marketing. Occasionally, with permission, we share before-and-after results from vacant move-in and move-out cleanings.
