$45 per person, per hour

- light touch-up throughout
- fingerprints and pet marks on entry and sliding-door glass as needed

More detailed work belongs in a deep cleaning or can be scheduled separately.
Deep cleaning
$40 per person, per hour
A more detailed cleaning of a lived-in home.
Why it costs less per hour
A fresh start should feel affordable. We deliberately price deep cleaning lower so your first thorough cleaning is easier to say yes to, before regular service takes over. Start fresh. Then let us help you keep it that way.

If you have a self-cleaning oven, you may be asked to run the cycle beforehand.

How it works
Always hourly, with no guaranteed hour count or total in advance. A walkthrough with you or a supervisor happens before or at the start. You're informed when the team begins.
Move-in and move-out cleaning
$40 per person, per hour
Cleaning of an empty home, or one being emptied. A separate service from deep cleaning.

After the service, a receipt or proof of professional cleaning is available for your landlord, property manager, or property-management company.
